Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Because we make financial commitments for lodging, transportation, meals, and other event expenses well in advance, this deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your reservation, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded only if your spot can be filled by another participant and only to the extent that we are able to recover the associated costs.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to be fair while also honoring the financial commitments required to host a small-group event.
